Karen Muggleton

Director – MHRM, ACC, MAHRI

Karen Muggleton is the purpose driven force behind People Alignment.

Following an early career in banking and finance, Karen has spent the past 15 years partnering with businesses across construction, IT, retail and wholesale distribution and health, to align their people and culture for long-term success. She’s known for a bringing a practical, warm, and down to earth approach to challenges. By combining evidence-based HR practices with the proven power of coaching, busy managers discover new solutions in less time.

Supporting today’s overwhelmed managers is at the heart of Karen’s work. It’s the reason she designs programs that build real-world capability, for today’s Managers. Feeling more confident in having difficult conversations, more resilient under pressure, and being better equipped to navigate the complexities of managing people is the feedback coming out of this Program.

Karen holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and certifications in Brain-Based, Results and Authentic Coaching, as well as leadership, team and organisation EQ grounded review tools, DISC profiling, and the Courageous Leadership Program. Her education informs both people-centred and practical strategies that have increased employee engagement, and workplace resilience

She stays connected to leading thinking through the Australian Human Resources Institute, the International Coaching Federation, Inspired Leadership Collective and the world’s largest EQ Network. At the heart of her work is the belief that when people are empowered, they prosper, and so do their organisations.

Tamlyn Lambert

Tamlyn Lambert brings more than 20 years of rich, multifaceted HR expertise to the table, gained across financial services, hospitality, public, and private sectors. Her journey as a seasoned HR practitioner is marked by her exceptional ability to lead large teams and orchestrate complex projects that have consistently boosted efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Tamlyn’s strategic insight and operational excellence are matched by her genuine commitment to forging strong, collaborative relationships that yield practical, impactful HR solutions. With a Bachelor of Business (HRM) and credentials as a career transition coach and team management systems specialist, she is known for her empathetic yet results-driven approach.

Sarah Winwood

Senior Associate – B HRM

With over 14 years of experience in HR, risk management, and employment law, Sarah brings a grounded, thoughtful presence to every project she touches. A highly valued collaborator, Sarah contributes her deep expertise to special initiatives, including the co-facilitation of the People Success Path Program.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (HRM) and with training in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Sarah is known for her kind, calm, and steady approach, especially when navigating complex people matters. Sarah is skilled at navigating large-scale projects involving under payments, and risk-sensitive initiatives. Her ability with operational detail makes her a trusted partner.

Whether it’s advising on employee relations cases or shaping workforce plans, she offers calm and commercial acumen, in equal measure.

Ali Lalieu

Senior Associate – ACC

Karen and Ali’s commitment to making workplaces better has seen them studying, working, and collaborating together for nearly a decade. As lifelong learning nerds, they’ve sharpened their Culture, Coaching and Facilitation skills with formal study, travelled together to emotional intelligence masterclasses and conferences in Singapore, Thailand, the UAE, and Australia.

Ali is an expert in her fields of Executive EQ Coaching and Facilitation, and trusted collaborator and a true asset to all endeavours they undertake together. She has a strong understanding of organisational culture, and the strategic thinking and inspired action it takes to support leaders and managers at all levels to lead in this fast-paced, changing business environment.

Cerissa Marshall

Cerissa is our bridge with complex data sets and clarity. With over 20 years of experience in business transformation, she specialises in turning dense data sets and intricate systems into down-to-earth insights that clients can understand, and act on confidently on. At People Alignment, she is the numbers nuancer.

A Chartered Accountant, Registered BAS Agent, and INSEAD-trained advisor, Cerissa has led everything from grassroots financial clean-ups to billion-dollar system integrations. But it’s her gift for translating complexity into everyday language that is so valuable.

Shannon Robinson

Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience in construction sector finance and administration, Shannon brings a powerhouse of project know how, operational rigour, and logistical finesse to her role as Project Manager.

Her career has spanned a wide range of business-critical functions; from travel coordination and scheduling to payroll, vendor management, OHS compliance, and cost control. Shannon is the steady hand that keeps complex projects on track, bridging the gap between strategy and seamless delivery.

Known for her ability to stay calm under pressure and bring clarity to moving parts, she thrives in dynamic environments where adaptability and structure go hand in hand.
