Karen Muggleton brings a practical, people focused approach, using neuroleadership coaching, extensive emotional intelligence training, and strategic HR to create cultures that support both business success and individual growth. She’s not about quick fixes or generic solutions, Karen takes the time to understand what makes each business unique and tailors strategies that actually work in the real world.
Backed by strong qualifications and experience (Master of Human Resource Management, multiple formal coaching credentials, Associate Membership with International Coaching Federation, and a deep toolkit that includes DISC profiling, EQ assessments, and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Karen partners with all sized organisations to help teams work better together.
